We make various size of molds, the biggest mold we have made so far is of 8 tons with dimension of 1400mmx900mmx900mm. The best tolerance we can meet is 0.01mm for mold and 0.02mm for parts.
Mold base and material are purchased from customer' s specified supplier/meet customer' s requirement, mold base and steel certificate are provided at mold delivery. Full 2D and 3D drawing of mold and parts & spare parts are delivered together with mold. Each mold and parts are made exactly the same as the drawings which is approved by customer. so that customer is able to check the mold accordingly and make the modification when necessary.
