In Rephen Tech, each customer' s project is taken care by professional project engineer who is familiar with customer' s standard and requirement, and be able to communicate with oversea customers directly. Project management procedure is set and strictly followed in the process from mold design to mold delivery to minimize problem from happening.
Weekly report and pictures are sent to customer once a week for them to follow up the project, mold test report, mold modified report, sample measurement report, mold dimension inspection report will be provided as well to help customer make a better judgment of the mold situation. We will run the mold at least two hours before we ship it to make sure the mold will run smoothly in the customer' s side.
